I promised there was more good stuff from Interior Design Magazine this month. Truly authentic stories.
I enjoyed my internships with hotel and restaurant design firms during design school and perhaps that is why I so appreciated the article on Ace Hotel designed by Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors. It is not everyday that a hospitality design pushes the envelope with vintage finds, taxidermy, and curiousities. Add in Americana furniture and great graphic signage and you have a very hip, edgy, yet welcoming space.
A little punk, a little home on the range, all cool!
