Ahh…Singita Boulders Lodge in South Africa has it going on.
The resort is named after the large boulder in the wine cave that the entire resort was built around. There is a wonderful balance of organic and luxurious materials utilized throughout the open air common rooms: boulders, twigs, and river rocks that were re-purposed. Love the bold ostrich egg chandelier that is focal point of the restaurant. Unfortunately, these pictures I snapped don’t do it justice!
There is much to study, learn, and enjoy from the design of this luxury property in Sabi Sand Park. Singita strives to balance hospitality, conservation, and community and boy are they successful at it. Values to live by, truly.
“Glamping” at its finest!
